AJ is actually Ahdey Ajani, He was Born on the fourth of may 1995 in North Central Nigeria. AhDey always listened to hip hop but only started rapping at the age of 9. He switched schools and met Nnamdi “T-Topz” Okeke and started writing his own rhymes and covering major songs. Currently, he Is enrolled in New Jersey Institute of Technology studying Mechanical Engineering sided by his music working with the likes of HameedOnTheBeat, Ryan Harrison and Chasna Beats. His EP is prepped to drop soon July 19th to be specific. Which embodies the experience of his First Semester hence the title, “First Semester”. This freestyle, serves as his introduction to the music industry. AJ still has more songs to come, promoting his First Semester E.P. AJ is heavily inspired by Jay-Z and considers himself an MC, focusing more on the lyrical aspect of his rhymes rather than the melodic aspect.
