Reports coming out of England this morning confirmed the take over by Guardiola of the Manchester City manager position for the 2016-2017 position.

Current Manchester City manager, Manuel Pellegrini also commented on the appointment, stating that he had been kept updated by the Manchester City board and he looked forward to honoring his contract till June, 2016.
